Bottle Logic Brewing opened in 2014 by Wes Parker, Steve Napolitano and Brandon Buckner .
Wes Parker is the founder and brewmaster of Bottle Logic Brewing. Steve Napolitano is responsible for all of the non-brewing activities at Bottle Logic, but he looks forward to pitching in and helping to brew on a regular basis. Brandon Buckner is been responsible for the outward look and feel of the Bottle Logic brand. An avid chef, Brandon enjoys exploring different flavor combinations between food and beer.
Experience
A quick Uber from the Anaheim convention center, Bottle Logic Brewing is another brewery in an industrial warehouse area. They have a fun math/science theme in the place. There are a few tables and a bar inside off the brewing area and a bit of a patio out front. No food available but often have food trucks.
It was pretty busy on Friday night but still able to nab a table and meet some new friends. We did grab a pretty delicious chicken sandwich from the food truck. They had alot of varieties to choose from, so we opted for a flight. Enjoyed the Recursion with a big piney nose, She Shot First is a very hoppy wheat, Lagerithm is a Euro Dark Lager that is quite different and Tattered Prince is a nice spicy Saison/Farmhouse. Bottle Logic is a fun place worth checking out.
