Clayton Brewing Company is one of the few brewpubs open on Monday afternoon east of Los Angeles. Can’t understand how brewpubs stay vital when they are only open four afternoons a week. Anyway, Clayton had six beers of their own on tap. The wheat was acceptable and the Hop Stompin IPA was fair, no nose. They do have a full menu.
