The new bright spot in the Coachella Valley! This brewery is only about a year old and is cranking out 11 different beers (at the time we were there. It is a state of the art brewery that I wish I could have toured. They refer to themselves as farm to glass in that they use locally grown ingredients in their many styles of beers.
We were in Belgium style heaven with offerings of an Abbey Dubbel, Wit, Kolsch, and an Abbey single. They also make a Saison, and a Saison Farmhouse ale. Also enjoyed IPAs, IRAs and a session IPA.
We were driving through, but I don’t current see lodging within a walkable distance. We will definitely be back!
