Historic Brewing Company is a great little brewpub in the cool mountains of Arizona. We were presented an interesting flight of beers! Enjoyed the short shorts Session IPA, nice fresh hop nose and flavor, (Who likes short shorts? We like short shorts!) Piehole Cherry Vanilla Porter great vanilla nose, Undercover Cucumber, love the aroma, quite refreshing, and Baby’s got Brett, Barnyard goodness is an apt description, nice and wild. On other journeys we have enjoyed their Sour Side of the Track & Every Night special.
Historic Brewing Company is fortunate to have found a great brew meister, Ryan Burac. The facility has tables inside and a nice patio. Another big plus they have going for them is they are next door to a wonderful artisan sandwich shop serving up excellent food.
When in the area check out Wanderlust Brewing Company.
We did not note nearby lodging.
