Experience
Mad Beach is a large brewpub on the second floor of a shopping area. A long bar, many tables, corn hole, darts and even an air hockey machine make up the inside. Chef Tyson Williams offers up quite a food menu with small plates and a variety of sandwiches and salads. There are a lot of beers to choose from. Their IPA & Double IPA were pretty good. We also had a decent sour. The patio deck is a nice place to catch a sunset. We had a couple of beers outside before going in to watch the football game. The indoor area is huge with several large screens for sports viewing. The location in the St John’s Pass Village is also a good time. Lots of little shops and restaurants along the boardwalk right on the water!
One can also catch some live music on a regular basis.
We ubered from North Redington Beach for a decent fare, but there are places to stay in Madiera Beach. A trolley also runs along the coast.
When in the area check out Green Bench Brewing and 3 Daughters Brewing in St. Petersburg.
