Background
Ken and Julia Rosenthal opened their Pair O’ Dice Brewing Company in October 2013. Both of them had experience working at Anheuser-Busch, Julia in operations and Ken supervising a brewhouse. Ken had to learn to scale down when they opened as opposed to the often told story of a home brewer’s living the dream and opening their own brewery.
Experience
We arrived Pair O’ Dice Brewing midweek in the early evening and joined the moderate crowd. We enjoyed a flight with our favorites being the Gose All-In & their Peach Berliner Weisse. We also found the Mexicali quite different as it reminded me of a margarita. Julia was our beer tender and had a story about each of their beers. The brewery has a nice indoor bar area complete with several tables and several games that can be enjoyed. Their large warehouse area has corn hole available.
